By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our cleaning solutions, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.


1. Services Provided

H2O Power Clean provides residential, commercial and strata cleaning services, including:

  • High-pressure washing
  • Soft washing
  • Concrete, brick, tile, and paver cleaning
  • Gutter, façade and window cleaning
  • Deck, patio and fence cleaning
  • Retainer wall cleaning
  • Shopfront and exterior washing
  • Additional related cleaning services as agreed in writing

All services are performed using professional-grade equipment and techniques appropriate to the surface type.


2. Quotes & Pricing

2.1 Free Quotes

We provide free, no-obligation quotes through our website, by phone, or on-site.

2.2 Accuracy

Quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if:

  • The actual area differs in size
  • Additional buildup, stains or hazards are present
  • Access restrictions or extra labour is required
  • Additional services are requested on-site

Where changes are necessary, we will notify you before work begins.

2.3 Validity

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.


3. Bookings & Cancellations

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once:

  • A date/time has been agreed
  • Access and job details have been confirmed
  • Any required deposits (if applicable) are received

3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change, but please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for:

  • Last-minute cancellations
  • Inability to access the property upon arrival
  • Excessive delays caused by the customer

3.3 Minimum Call-Out Fee

A minimum call-out fee may apply depending on location and job type.


4. Access & Safety Requirements

To perform services safely and efficiently, the customer must:

  • Provide clear, safe access to all required areas
  • Ensure pets, vehicles and obstructions are moved
  • Notify us of any fragile materials or surfaces
  • Ensure water supply is available and functional
  • Inform us of any hazards, alarms or restricted zones

If access is unsafe, we may refuse service or reschedule at the customer’s expense.


5. Use of Water & Electrical Supply

Our services require access to water and occasionally power.
Using your supply is standard unless otherwise arranged.

Any additional costs for water usage (e.g., tank water, limited supply) must be communicated in advance.


6. Surface Risks & Limitations

Pressure cleaning—especially on older, fragile or pre-damaged surfaces—can sometimes lead to:

  • Paint removal
  • Chipping or flaking
  • Discolouration
  • Exposure of pre-existing defects
  • Surface wear on aged materials

We take every precaution to prevent damage, but we are not responsible for outcomes caused by:

  • Pre-existing deterioration
  • Incorrect material installation
  • Age-related surface instability
  • Hidden defects, cracks or structural issues

If you are unsure of a surface’s integrity, please inform us before cleaning begins.


7. Weather Conditions

Services may be postponed due to:

  • Heavy rain
  • Storms
  • Extreme heat
  • Unsafe working conditions (e.g., slippery surfaces)

We will contact you to reschedule at the earliest safe opportunity.


8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of completion
  • We will inspect the area
  • If the concern relates to our workmanship, we will re-clean the affected area at no cost

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Stains or marks that cannot be removed due to surface condition
  • Pre-existing discoloration or material defects
  • Areas not originally included in the quote

9. Payments

9.1 Payment Terms

Payment is required:

  • Upon completion of the job (residential)
  • As per contract or invoice terms (commercial/strata)

9.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • EFT/bank transfer
  • Cash (by arrangement)

9.3 Overdue Payments

Late payments may incur:

  • Administrative fees
  • Interest charges
  • Debt recovery costs

10. Liability & Insurance

We are fully insured for:

  • Public liability
  • Property damage
  • Work health & safety requirements

However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration
  • Customer misuse after service completion
  • Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Damage caused by environmental or structural factors beyond our control

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy, reuse or modify website content
  • Attempt to disrupt or harm the website
  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

All website content, including text, logos, images and media, is the property of H2O Power Clean and protected by copyright law.
